TELENO`S EXHIBITION

Halloween again and this year we have an exhition of pumpkins at the entrance of Teleno School.

Este curso hemos realizado una exhibición de calabazas con motivo de la fiesta de Halloween y celebrando también el otoño. Gracias a la colaboración de las familias hemos decorado la entrada con graciosas calabazas pintadas, labradas, decoradas...La creatividad está en el aire...aunque acompañadas por brujas, murciélagos, esqueletos...Como siempre geniales.

AUTUMN IS HERE AGAIN!

    

Remembering how to do TANGLES, the 5th year pupils have decorated their own leaves using this technique. Autumn is here again and our tree has changed its flowers for these fantastic leaves.   Las hojas del árbol de otoño de este curso las han hecho los niños de 5º usando la técnica del garabato o TANGLE. Como veis los resultados son fantásticos ¿Cuál os gusta más? También os vamos a enseñar el árbol ya decorado, pero eso será mañana.

AN ARTIST IN OUR SCHOOL

After a week off we came back with a special event,the visit of a sculptor to our school. A nice thing is that he is from our place, León. Amancio Gonzalez, the great artist and well known in different countries such as France,Turkey,México...taught us ,pupils and teachers, the secrets of a sculpture, how to make it, the materials... Maybe in the future we can invite an artist who studied in our school,Amancio put the seeds this time.

Después de unos días sin subir nada al blog, ahora lo hacemos por la puerta grande, con la visita de un artísta a nuestro colegio, un escultor leonés , que entre otras muchas esculturas ha realizado "La negrilla que podemos ver en la plaza Santo Domingo, en León.Reconocido a nivel internacional , nos presentó su obra, y con no poca paciencia y humor contestó las preguntas de los niños:En qué te inspiras, cuándo empezaste,en qué lugares del mundo se pueden ver tus trabajos... Fue una jornada agrable y amena y desde aquí les damos las gracias,tanto a él por su colaboración como a la profesora que nos puso en contacto con él, Amparo.
